The software module AIRPORTSTAR-FACILITY serves the management and invoicing of a wide range of non-aviation related items like, for example, rents, licences, consumption costs as well as additional expenses for technical equipment, maintenance etc. It has been developed and optimised in close cooperation with international airports and is thus adapted to the specific requirements of large building complexes serving a multitude of different purposes.

Smart Software for Optimised Operation

Based on a central database, all master data has only to be entered once and is then available for the whole scope of functions. With this data standard contracts and a general price as well as individual rental contracts can be created. Pricing is set for freely definable periods of validity, including automatic adaptation to changes at the specified dates and the keeping of a pricing history record.
This program structure results in a noticeable reduction of consequential efforts for the administration. Rarely changing basic data like, for example, the layout of buildings, floors and rooms is captured once in a clearly arranged database “floorplan” and thus becomes immediately available for all requests, while changes in the master data are automatically applied to all related functions and contracts.
