The software package TOPEXECUTIVE is a complete solution which has been specially developed for the requirements
of smaller airports or autonomous airport branches focusing on private-, business- and general aviation.
TOPEXECUTIVE is modularly structured: the core of the suite is a central database including a
sophisticated user and access rights management, which is the basis of this full-blown station IT system.
Also included in the basic scope of functions is a daily flight scheduling module and an aeronautical
billing software for the invoicing of standard fees and charges.
In addition to this comprehensive core system covering all basic requirements, a variety of complementary
modules is available, which are custom-tailored to the specific needs of airport operations.
Powerful addon-modules: Flight Schedule Import, FIDS, Resource and Facility Management
TOPEXECUTIVE also features optional extensions for airport operations. For example, a comprehensive
seasonal flight scheduling tool is available. It allows the import of flight schedule data from external
files or systems as well as the manual creation and updating of a seasonal schedule. Furthermore, the
automatic generation and forwarding of daily flight schedules is included. Also available is an export
interface to an attached FIDS system.
Another software module available for TOPEXECUTIVE is a powerful tool for the assignment of immobile
resources to flights. This module allows the optimised management of resources like stands and gates.
Finally, the scope of modules includes a facility management software covering rental
agreements and invoicing of rents and tenancies for buildings, rooms and premises.
