GHS-FLIGHTOPS
The software GHS-FLIGHTOPS serves the creation and editing of daily flight schedules as a basis for the operational
control of ground handling processes.
Flight Schedule Software for Import and Updating
The modular structure of GHS allows the use of different methods for the provision and updating of flight data.
These methods include, for example, data import from any attached systems like airport systems, a local seasonal
scheduling software (e.g. GHS-FLIGHTSEASON) or even simple Excel-Sheets. The continuous updating and enrichment
of data is possible via manual input as well as with import interfaces to other systems.
Flight Schedule Editing and Completion
The flight schedule is displayed in freely configurable interface masks, allowing to customise the information
provided for various fields of business precisely according to individual needs. Thus, the best overview for
optimally supporting any specific task can be achieved.
GHS-FLIGHTOPS offers a wide variety of features for editing and completing a daily flight schedule according to
handling-specific requirements. In clearly arranged table views, basic flight data (e.g. scheduled times, aircraft data,
airport resources, status information) can be complemented with important operative data (ETT, ATT, block times, delays etc.).
Furthermore, arrivals and departures of individual aircrafts can be linked, and special cases like “Touch&Go” or “Overshoots”
can be comfortably recorded.
Integration with other modules and external systems
The daily flight schedule data captured as described above can, for example, be used for the operation control of handling
processes. With connection to the software for service recording - GHS-SERVICE - handling activities can be planned,
coordinated and recorded for all flight events. In combination with this, the application GHS-CONTRACT can be used to
automatically import handling contracts and their services to be included in the operative service management. Finally,
the correlated data from operative flight planning and service recording serves as basis for an invoicing system.
