Advisory and support services for our customers are of primary concern to us. This means as a customers you do not buy a simple product from us, but also receive the following accompanying services for a swift and successful project settlement:

Concept design

In close co-operation with your project manager we develop a project concept from the requirements planning to a time schedule.

Requirements specification

Based on the developed concept, we provide a documentation stating exactly and bindingly the scope of features which will be included in the final product.

Realisation

In the realisation phase we adapt the standard product exactly to your specified requirements.

Delivery of hard- and software

After finishing the product it is delivered to you. Upon request we also provide additional hardware (e.g. server computers).

Installation and commissioning

Both installation and commissioning on-locale are are carried out by our project manager and qualified technical personnel.

Introduction and training

The first steps and your operative staff`s training take place according to mutual agreement.

System support and maintenance

Naturally, our service personnel is at your service for troubleshooting or updating after the initial commissioning and training.

Future development and adjustment to the market

Finally, we keep you up-to-date concerning market developments and new technologies.
