Paperless picking with topPICK-Scan

With topPICK-Scan we offer an independent radio-based logistic system by means of which the hitherto paper-based picking can be changed to a paperless online picking.

Time advantage due to paperless picking

Instead of a picking list on paper, with topPICK-Scan the worker receives an electronic picking information on a mobile data terminal. Work steps such as the collection of the picking list as well as the handling of this list during the picking process become redundant. Furthermore the data the worker enters by barcode scan exists in electronic form so that the data input by hand is no longer necessary.

Perfect overview in the central control station

topPICK-Scan receives the picking orders from the superimposed goods transaction or warehousing system, memorizes them and organizes them according to predetermined criteria. Optionally the order data can be shown in a central control station from which the workers can receive their work instructions and the progress of the orders can be called. Thus the central control station can show the current state of the picking work in the warehouse.

Finally the data which are collected during the working on the order are transmitted back to the superimposed system.
