topsystem increases its market presence in Scandinavia

After the successful start of the voice suite topSPEECH-Lydia® in Denmark, topsystem is extending its market presence in Scandinavia even further. Just how great the interest in voice guidance actually is, could be seen at topsystem’s stand at this year’s easyFairs Distribution, Logistik & Materialhantering from 26 to 27 May in Malmö, Sweden. Numerous trade visitors were pleased to gather information on the advantages of process optimization with topSPEECH-Lydia® applications. At many business enterprises and logistics service providers Pick by Voice has in the meantime become established as a reliable partner for picking technology. Apart from the increase in efficiency and quality the voice-based picking provides, the improvement in work ergonomics and safety are aspects that particularly underline the benefits of this modern technology.

Process optimization with intelligent voice-based solution

The trade fair visitors in Malmö were able to see that the voice suite topSPEECH-Lydia® is more than just a pick-by-voice system. “Lydia“ can be used for all necessary processes in intra-logistics. And what’s more, the system is so flexible that it can be easily adapted to suit the operational procedures of any customer. Thanks to the voice-independent recognition function, topSPEECH-Lydia® can be applied immediately and in all languages – one of the many advantages that impressed the many trade visitors at the easyFair, where they had ample opportunity to try out the voice system.

Positive résumé

Andreas Schreiber, topsystem Sales Manager for Germany, Benelux and Scandinavia summed up the trade fair positively: “The Scandinavian market has an enormous demand for customized, flexible and, above all, stand-alone voice solutions. topsystem has successfully filled this gap with topSPEECH-Lydia®. Together with our qualified partners we will be able to successfully expand our presence on the Scandinavian market.”
