Certification of our Commercial Software

topsystem‘s billing software solutions for airports and ground handlers now certified according to financial auditing standards.

IT systems for commercial business processes are always subject to particularly critical requirements. This is especially true when software is concerned which is not only used for the handling of invoicing processes but at the same time has to prepare data suitable for financial auditing.

Amongst other solutions, topsystem offers a software for commercial processes which is used by airports and ground handling companies worldwide. The software supports the price management for all fees and services, especially for air traffic, the recording of all services and charges as well as the complete handling of invoicing procedures.

In addition to the major benefits of saving efforts and reducing invoicing errors, the sophisticated system now also offers a certification for the complete chain of financial auditing processes in compliance with strict German legal requirements according to “IDW PS 880 – Acceptance test of software products”. After a thorough examination phase, topsystem’s application has now been attested an optimal support for the corresponding processes. The software processing is adaptable to country-specific requirements, allowing our international customers to be optimally prepared for internal or external financial audits.
