Lydia® 8 is the comprehensive package for voice-directed logistics processes. With the new software generation topsystem has based voice recognition on a new technology and provides for increased reliability of the system. With the dynamization of the voice grammars the flexibility of the voice dialog is once again considerably increased. From now on, employees speaking in dialect or with a native language other than German can be easily deployed. Lydia® Smart Assistant is the smart assistant for using Lydia® Voice in smart watches, tablets and smartphones based on Android. In addition to a visual presentation of the process information, the new app enables process steps such as user login. Lydia® CoPilot has also been optimized: with immediate effect the tool for training new staff members and first level support on site is available as an app. This way, the key user can easily connect with the currently active device via WLAN and support the staff member in the course of the voice dialog.
Lydia® Pickmanager 8
The Pickmanager as the interface between the voice client and higher-level warehouse management and enterprise resource planning system is responsible for the entire picking and order. Its modular structure enables users to compile a solution based on their requirements. As of now, release 8 is equipped with a sequencing module. In particular in the automotive industry where parts have to be available in the correct order just in time the module meets the sequencing requirements. At LogiMAT in hall 8, stand B75 topsystem will demonstrate live software upgrades and innovations.
